One payment, fixed term
Membership lasts one, three, or twelve calendar months, according to the purchase. There is no scheduled renewal to cancel. Buy additional access when desired; no further payment is taken automatically.
Access at expiry
Downloads lock when paid access expires. Once Discord integration is enabled, the system removes the member role at membership expiry and the VIP role at VIP expiry. Discord outages or permissions issues can delay role removal; the server retries failed updates. Standard purchases do not extend VIP access. Refunds or suspensions may change access subject to the applicable terms and consumer rights.
Refund requests
All sales are final once digital access is delivered, except where a refund is required by applicable law. For duplicate charges, missing delivery, or a materially faulty or misdescribed product, contact the support channel listed on your receipt with the order reference and a description of the issue. Never send full card details.
Rights required by law
Any applicable statutory cancellation, withdrawal, repair, replacement, or refund rights remain available. If immediate digital delivery requires express consent or acknowledgement affecting a withdrawal right, checkout must obtain it separately when required; a general terms checkbox is not a substitute.
Processing
Approved refunds should return to the original payment method. Timing depends on the payment provider and bank. No fixed processing-time promise is made in this preview.
