The terms for using Parallax Vizion and its paid memberships.

Preview status
Checkout and paid software delivery remain disabled. Discord account sign-in is available when the hosted service is connected. These draft terms must be finalized with the operator’s legal identity, contact details, jurisdiction, product specification, and launch date before sales open.
Membership and eligibility
Parallax Vizion is a computer vision and gaming brand with multiple game offerings planned. The memberships currently displayed provide time-limited access to the 2K27 offering. Future games and services are not automatically included. Wins / Rep boosting and Coin Gen / Specialization are announced as coming soon; no bookings or payments for those services are accepted in this preview. Their specific scope, pricing, delivery, and cancellation terms must be published before bookings open. Before purchasing, review the released feature list, compatibility requirements, and any third-party software or hardware requirements. You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement, or have authorization from a parent or guardian.
Prices and prepaid access
Prices are USD $25 for one calendar month, $60 for three calendar months, and $180 for twelve calendar months, paid in full once. Yearly plus VIP costs $780 ($180 membership plus $600 VIP) for twelve months. Any tax must appear before payment. No recurring charge is authorized.
Access period and expiry
Each purchase provides a fixed access period with no automatic renewal. Buying more time before expiry extends access from the existing expiry date; after expiry, a new period begins when payment is verified. Calendar periods use UTC and clamp to the last valid day of the expiry month. The account displays the exact expiry date and remaining time.
VIP access and experimental features
The yearly VIP bundle includes VIP role access, experimental trials, and VIP Tools. The final tool list and availability details will be published before sales open. Experimental features may contain bugs, change, or be withdrawn. No specific unreleased feature or release date is guaranteed. VIP access depends on an active yearly membership and active VIP entitlement.
License and account responsibility
A paid membership grants a limited, personal, non-transferable license during the paid access period. It does not transfer ownership of the software. Do not resell access, share credentials, distribute licensed files without permission, or compromise other users’ accounts. Keep purchase and account information accurate.
Discord and delivery
Discord linking is planned. When available, the Discord account you authorize will be associated with your membership for member-role access. Role assignment follows verified payment, not simply visiting a confirmation page. Leaving Discord does not pause or extend the paid access period. Discord outages or incorrect account linking may delay role access.
Permitted use and third parties
Use the product only where your activity is permitted by applicable laws and the relevant game and platform agreements. Do not use it to circumvent security or anti-cheat systems or gain a prohibited advantage. Parallax Vizion is independent and claims no affiliation with 2K, Take-Two Interactive, the NBA, or console manufacturers.
Availability and consumer rights
Features and compatibility may be affected by third-party updates. No guaranteed gameplay outcome, permanent compatibility, or uninterrupted availability is promised. Nothing in these terms excludes non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Product descriptions and statutory remedies continue to apply.
Suspension, changes, and contact
Access may be restricted for material misuse, fraud, or security concerns, subject to applicable law and appropriate notice. Material term changes will be announced before they take effect. Operator and legal-contact details are pending and must be supplied before launch.
